This website and the LANGFEITE North America operations described on this website are operated by Shanghai Qingyi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. under authorization for the North American market.

LANGFEITE is a brand used in connection with electric mobility products and related products and accessories.

This Site is developed and operated by Shanghai Xuanchuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for the North American market. Shanghai Qingyi E-Commerce Co., Ltd., as the parent company of Xuanchuan, serves as the export entity for LANGFEITE North America.

References in these Terms to “LANGFEITE North America,” “LANGFEITE,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Shanghai Qingyi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. in its capacity as the operator of LANGFEITE North America and the Site, unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as transferring ownership of the LANGFEITE brand, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property to Shanghai Qingyi E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
