    LANGFEITE NA ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website www.langfeitena.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Site and the choices you have associated with that data.

    Information Collection and Use

    We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

    Types of Data Collected

    Personal Data

    While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

    Email address and account data

    When you create an account, we store the email address you provide, an email-normalized version used to prevent duplicate accounts, account creation and verification dates, and any optional basic profile information you later provide. Passwords are processed as one-way Argon2id password hashes; we do not store plaintext passwords.

    Account Security and Transactional Email

    We store hashed session identifiers, security-token hashes, expiration and revocation dates, and rate-limit/security records derived from keyed hashes of network and account identifiers. We use this information to sign users in, verify email ownership, reset passwords, prevent abuse, and send account verification and security notifications. These messages are transactional account messages and are not marketing subscriptions.

    Partnership and Business Inquiries

    When you submit a partnership inquiry, we collect the name, business email address, contact number, company or organization, optional job title, partnership interest, estimated unit requirements, and timeline you provide. We use this information to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain a record of the business relationship, prevent form abuse, and send a transactional confirmation that the inquiry was received. The confirmation is not a marketing subscription.

    Partnership inquiries are stored in our MySQL database and included in encrypted operational backups. Access is limited to personnel and systems that need the information to respond, administer the Site, or protect it from abuse. Inquiry records are retained for a reasonable business, security, backup, dispute, and legal period, then reviewed or deleted according to the operator's approved retention schedule.

    Hosting and Service Providers

    Account data is processed using Hostinger hosting, MySQL database, and SMTP email services. These providers process data as needed to host the Site, maintain account sessions, and deliver account email.

    We use hCaptcha on password-reset requests to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. The hCaptcha widget may process network, device, browser, and interaction information for this security purpose under the hCaptcha Privacy Policyand Terms of Service.

    Retention

    Account records are retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period needed for security, dispute, backup, and legal purposes. Login sessions expire after inactivity or their absolute lifetime and may be retained briefly after revocation for security cleanup. Email-verification links expire after 24 hours and password-reset links after 30 minutes; consumed or expired token records and rate-limit records are periodically deleted. Backup retention periods depend on the hosting configuration.

    Account Cookies

    We use a strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie to keep an account signed in and a separate security cookie to protect account-changing requests from cross-site request forgery. These cookies are not used for advertising and do not contain a password or complete user profile.

    Deletion and Data Requests

    You may request deletion of your account or related personal data through the Site's existing contact page. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, backup, or applicable legal obligations. The Site operator must confirm the responsible legal entity, privacy contact, jurisdiction, and exact production retention schedule before launch.
